The location was easy to find and convenient for attending nearby functions. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. the facility also offered free parking and a great TV in the room.
The room was hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning and no privacy when opening the windows.

Close to restaurants, good shower
Noisy from outside traffic and pub crowd, basic, lumpy single bed, not enough glasses and cups (there were 3 of us), had to ask for more towels

Great atmosphere, with well-presented bar/restaurant. Tasty food, comfortable and clean rooms. Helpful staff in a convenient location. No noise issues from the bar. Terrific overall experience.

Accessable,
Parking was limited. Even though it specified that there was parking available, you still had to compete with the the patrons of the restaurant. Recommend that the bathroom have flannels and hand towels as part of its linen requirements.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, and reasonable prices. Rustic charm adds to the experience. Dinner was enjoyable, and the beds and linen were comfortable. Parking and proximity to the restaurant were both good. a great stay.

Clean, ended up being cheap
Got booking wrong, no warning about a party with blaring music till after midnight, sleepless night - would not have gone had I known. Pics not a true reflection of the place

We had a comfortable and cozy stay at Bridgehouse Lodge. The room was tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food, making dining convenient. The location was central to everything in the town, including shops and a beautiful river walk.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff
The bed was terrible!!!!! It had a hollow in the middle of the mattress and badly needed a new matress.

During my recent stay, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the central location of the accommodation. The room I stayed in had good size and was close to shops. having access to TV with Sky channels was a nice bonus. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of plug points by the mirrors for hair styling tools, overall I had a pleasant experience. The Bridgehouse Lodge provided convenient parking on-site and offered attractive views overlooking the river. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced meals at the attached restaurant.

Having a resturant attached.
The room we were first shown is sub standard and not what is shown on the web site. We had to pay an extra $5.00 to get a room the same as displayed on the web site. A con job we feel.. Does this happen to all guests that book on this web site or who stay at this establishment. Not acceptable.

Being close to the beautiful river across the road. Friendly staff. Having a room on the ground floor as I have a disability. The many things the the Bridgehouse Lodge had to offer.
No area where you could have a cigarette. I had to go across the road to have a cigarette. Would like to have had extra time in the bar. It appeared to close early the night I was there. Bigger cups in the rooms.
